We want our customers to be beyond happy with their purchase from Kul Wheels! So most e-bikes and accessories are backed by a 20-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase(s), we’ll do our best to make it right.
E-bikes that are being returned will incur a 20% processing and restocking fee (e-bikes cannot have more than 25 additional miles on them).
Parts, accessories and apparel can be returned (as long as all original packaging is intact) for store credit or for a refund less a 5% processing and restocking fee.
Custom orders are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Used or “final sale” e-bikes or other merchandise sales are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
Merchandise, e-bikes, or vehicle racks that have already been registered for warranty are not refundable.
Items that have been damaged from use during the 20-day period are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: Scratched or dented wheels; paint scratches; dinged, scratched or gouged items of any kind; and items that have been damaged by improper installation or other use.
Items that have been modified in any way (including decal removal or not returned in original packaging) cannot be returned or refunded.
Helmets and apparel that have had safety stickers or tags removed, or have been worn are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bummer, your plans have changed. You MUST contact Kul Wheels at least 24 Hours BEFORE the scheduled time of your tour or rental to receive a refund (LESS 5% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE). If you don’t call or email within 24 hours before you tour, AND receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from Kul Wheels LLC, you will not receive a refund.
LATE ARRIVALS & LATE CHARGES
Tours start on-time and there will be NO Refund or credit for late arrival. We will NOT wait if you are LATE!
You must arrive at Kul Wheels no later than 15 minutes after the confirmed rental time or Kul Wheels LLC shall assume that you are not coming and may release your e-bike to someone else and you will forfeit your payment.
Rental periods begin and end at the time scheduled or time paid (if the rental is done at the shop). If the rental is not returned on time, a late charge of $25.00 – $50.00 per hour (or portion of that hour) will be applied.
